Webinar Critique Offer
For those who have registered for our "Editing without an Editor" webinar, we are offering three different critique options at special rates (considerable discounts from our usual rates). Once you have registered, you may sign up for a critique at any time before the end of the webinar sessions--right away, just before the webinars start, or even while they are going on. We are doing a limited number of critiques.
For the first two, Eileen Robinson is taking on students. Please use the link for the fee for the type of critique you want. It will take you to Paypal to pay; please note that you will see "F1rst Pages" as the payee for Eileen's. You will then be contacted by the editor you chose, and can submit your materials. We will critique manuscripts in the order in which we receive them, starting before the webinar begins, continuing through it, and most likely after it ends:
$40 "quick critiques" on up to 10 pages of a manuscript. This is similar to a conference critique. You send us your complete PB or other short manuscript or excerpt from a longer one. You may include a cover letter with questions or concerns and a synopsis of a longer manuscript. You will receive concise written feedback and a 10-minute phone conference. Eileen Robinson: $40 critique.$100 critiques on up to 50 pages of a manuscript. This is a more substantial critique of a complete manuscript up to chapter book length or of a sizable excerpt of a novel. As with the above critique, you send us your complete short manuscript or excerpt from a longer one. You may include a cover letter with questions or concerns and a synopsis. You will receive longer notes and a 15-minute phone conference. Eileen Robinson: $100 critique.
